The Little Mermaid

I read "The Little Mermaid". This story is very famous. However this story is very sad. I knew about this story, but I didn’t know end of this story. I thought this story is happy end, so I was very surprised when I finished reading this story.

DANIEL'S DUCK

I read “DANIEL’S DUCK” this time. The character of this story was Jeff, Daniel, their mother, their father and Henry Pettigrew. The chief character of this story was Daniel, and Jeff and Daniel were brothers. Henry Pettigrew was a wood-carver. One day, Jeff carved duck. At the fair, Daniel’s wood- craving, and he was heartbroken. However, Henry Pettigrew cheered up Daniel.

POMPEII...Buried Alive!

This time I am going to write summary of "POMPEII...Buried Alive!"

Once there was a town named Pompeii. There was a mountain named Vesuvius. The mountain was really dangerous, but people who lived there didn't know. Almost two thousand years ago, something was happening under Vesuvius. However no one knwe that something terrible was going to happen, so the day started out the way it always did.

Suddenly the ground began to tremble. All of the house in Pompeii began to shake. The top of Vesuveus blew off. Everyone began to scream. Tiny hot pebbles began to fall on the people in Pompeii. When the pebbles fall on Pompeii, many people couldn't escape. No one in Pompeii was saved.

I read "HARRY POTTER and the Chamber of Secrets". This is the second book of Harry Potter series. This book was also interesting. I will read other books during my winter vacation.

I read "SHERLOCK HOLMES SHORT STORIES". This book has three storues. All stories were short and briefly. I could read one story in a short time. I think that this book is very good.

HARRY POTTER

I had been reading HARRY POTTER and the Philosopher's Stone since October 18. I finished to read it recently. This story was very very long, so I was very tired. But this sotry was very interesting, so I think I want to read more HARRY POTTER series.

I read "Sherlock Holmes: THE BLUE DIAMOND". This book is second which Sherlock Holmes series I have read. This story is easy to read. But content of this story is dull, so it made me borling.

I read "The Wizard Of Oz". I have read this story before, so I can read smoothly. I think that this story is very easy to read . Therefore I recommend for everyone to read this story.
